Our Ethos
Mangosteen is an incredibly delicate and sensitive fruit.
It's taproot is particularly responsive to transplantation and it doesn't like changing climates - one of the reasons that explorers failed to successfully bring it to Europe.
As a result, at Koota Juice we are also sensitive to a changing climate.
We have made it our mission to spread the joys and benefits of mangosteen for all to enjoy - but always in an environmentally and socially responsible way.

Our Bottle
At Koota Juice, we've taken great care to produce an environmentally friendly bottle to be kind to us and our surroundings.
Made from 100% recyclable materials, we've ensured that you can use your bottle again and again.

We never use any plastic - even our boxes are cardboard!
Our Supply Chain
Aside from having an environmentally-conscious bottle, we also strive to uphold our high standards throughout our supply chain, from the fruit to you.
Cultivation
Mangosteen trees like shade. As a result, trees are often planted within existing plantations throughout Southeast Asia, such as banana or tea plantations - making mangosteen more friendly to biodiversity than other fruits.
The trees continue to produce fruit for up to 100 years, providing an enormous yield of 3,000 fruit per tree. This reduces the space used and reduces soil degradation.
Health
When the drink gets to your door you'll be stunned to discover the sheer number of health benefits crammed into just one bottle! Full of antioxidants and more xanthones than any other drink, mangosteen can not only improve your day, but your long-term wellness.

Juicing
Our mangosteen is juiced and bottled with our partners in Vietnam to minimise unnecessary shipping of the fruit. The juicing plant has been inspected to the highest standards and conforms with UK, EU and US food processing regulations, as well as being certified organic! Once the bottles have been filled with nature's sweet bounty, we ship our product en masse via ship (it takes a while but is much kinder to the environment!)
